How do I use Fill My Tummy?
You take 2 capsules with a glass of water, 30 minutes before a meal. Maximum 6 capsules per day. These can be taken before one of our Nupo products or before a regular meal.
How does the product benefit me?
The product contains, among other things, a natural fiber which, in combination with water, forms a mass in the stomach, thereby providing a feeling of fullness. The increased fullness should hopefully reduce the amount of food you eat, thus saving you calories.
When is Fill My Tummy optimal for me to use?
Fill My Tummy can be used both in conjunction with your Nupo diet or with regular food. In short, you can use the product if you experience increased hunger and want to feel extra satiated.
How long can I use Fill My Tummy?
Since Fill My Tummy is a dietary supplement, there is no limitation on how many days/weeks/months/years you can take the product, so we recommend taking the product for as long as you need it.
